How do affiliates earn commissions?+
As an affiliate, you generate unique tracking links for any approved product. When someone buys through your link, you earn a commission (typically 20–50% depending on the product). Commissions are held for 7 days for physical products and approved immediately for digital products.
When do I get paid?+
Vendors and affiliates can request a payout once their available balance reaches ₦5,000. Payouts are processed via bank transfer. Physical product commissions have a 7-day holding period; digital product commissions are available immediately.
How do I reset my password?+
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your email address and we will send you a secure reset link.
How do I contact a vendor about my order?+
For physical products, the vendor will contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp to arrange delivery. If you need to reach them sooner, check your order confirmation email for contact details or email our support team.
Why was my payout rejected?+
Payouts may be rejected if your bank details are incorrect, your account is under review, or there is a compliance issue. Update your bank details in Settings and contact support if the issue persists.
Can I change my account role (vendor ↔ affiliate)?+
Currently each account has a single role. If you need both vendor and affiliate access, you will need to create a separate account with a different email address.
